2025: 20 YEARS OF INNOVATION AND LEADING THE FUTURE IN STEM CELL SCIENCE

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Stemtech marked 2025 with significant milestones in product innovation, scientific validation, and brand authority.

Stemetch successfully launched StemPets™, an all-natural longevity nutraceutical, marking its official entry into the high-growth pet wellness market. This was supported by key leadership additions to drive the new product line forward.

Enhancing Brand Authority and advocating its core mission, Stemtech released Dr. Lizette Leos’ “Well-Aging” video series, educating consumers on healthy aging and reinforcing the company's position as a leader in the wellness space.

Stemtech initiated a crucial partnership with a leading clinical physician to conduct formal research on its RCM product line, demonstrating a firm commitment to evidence-based wellness solutions.

2024: THE YEAR OF GLOBAL EXPANSION, BRAND EVOLUTION AND STRATEGIC MERGERS

Throughout 2024, Stemtech Corporation pursued an aggressive strategy of global expansion, brand evolution, and market diversification.

The company's push for international growth was evident early in the year, kicking off with a new license agreement to expand its reach into Africa. This was followed by exclusive showcase events in key markets like Doral, Florida, and Guadalajara, Mexico, reinforcing its commitment to meeting rising global demand for its stem cell nutrition products.

In parallel with this expansion, Stemtech initiated a significant corporate rebranding project, appointing Director Darryl V. Green to lead the effort to refresh the company's image. This strategic focus was communicated to stakeholders in a mid-year update, reaffirming that the company was on track to meet its goals for growth.

The defining milestone of the year was the strategic merger with Viago, a move designed to significantly bolster Stemtech's global presence and operational capabilities, while the year's strategy culminated in a major diversification effort in August with the launch of StemPets™, marking the company's entry into the lucrative $303 billion pet healthcare market.

2023: RECORD GROWTH & INDUSTRY RECOGNITION

2023 was a year of exceptional growth, strategic partnerships, and prestigious industry validation for Stemtech.

The company shattered previous records with a massive surge in new recruits and significant revenue growth, underpinned by a financial strategy that successfully strengthened its balance sheet.

This period of growth was also marked by industry recognition, as Stemtech was voted one of the Top 25 Most Trusted Direct Sales Companies in a global poll. The company capped off this successful quarter by reinforcing its core mission of elevating wellness and prosperity.

Strengthening field Leadership, the company reinforced its commitment to its distributor network by appointing seasoned leaders Margie and Mike Mares to its Field Advisory Board to help shape partner success.

2022: GLOBAL RECOGNITION, PRODUCT INNOVATION, AND TECHNOLOGY LAUNCH

2022 was marked by several pivotal milestones for Stemtech Corporation, solidifying a year of strategic advancement.  Commercially, a significant achievement was realized when its subsidiary, Life Factor Research, secured its first production contract with a new customer, signalling tangible business expansion.

This growth was complemented by key product innovations, including the launch of the Cellectone™ Rapid Renew Night Cream and the announcement of the new AdvanceOffice Mobile App, which broadened the company's portfolio.

Internally, Stemtech strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Alejandro Carrillo to Vice President of Global Sales and bolstered its global network with a highly successful leadership event in Cancun. These cumulative successes underscored the company's momentum and set a strong foundation for continued growth. 

2021: GOING PUBLIC AND ORAL CARE LAUNCH

Stemtech becomes a publicly traded company, opening a new chapter of growth and investor relations. The company also diversifies its product offerings by entering the oral care market with the launch of OraStem®, a unique three-step system for advanced oral hygiene.

2020: NEW LEADERSHIP

In a pivotal year of evolution, Stemtech reinforces its leadership by appointing Charles S. Arnold as Chief Executive Officer and John W. Meyer as Chairman of the Board, bringing decades of combined industry expertise and strategic vision.

2019: NEW OWNERSHIP AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Continuing the successful restructuring from the previous year, Stemtech is acquired by a new ownership group dedicated to the company’s long-term vision and global growth. To lead this new chapter, John W. Meyer, a highly respected and accomplished executive in the direct selling industry, is appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer.

With over two decades of experience in global business development, operations, and strategic leadership, John brings a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performance teams across multiple international markets. His deep understanding of the direct selling model, combined with a passion for innovation and distributor success, makes him the ideal leader to guide Stemtech into its next era of expansion and impact.

2018: STEMTECH SUCCESSFULLY RESTRUCTURES

The company successfully restructures by adding valuable and experienced business professionals to its ownership team. Former president of GNC Nutrition joins the Board of Directors. DermaStem Advanced™ skin renewal serum formula is launched.

2017: THE RENEWAL OF STEMTECH AND INTRODUCTION OF RCM

The company started the year with one of the most successful conventions in its history where we officially launched the new website, new tools, and three new advanced formula products - StemRelease3™, Migrastem®, and DermaStem Lift. We also introduced the highly-qualified and prominent Scientific Advisory Board headed up by Dr. Mira Gadzala. The most exciting announcement was the introduction of the new standard in stem cell nutrition and total body support with the RCM system.

2016: NEW PRODUCT DIVISION AND EXPANSION MILESTONE

The company expands to over 50 countries! Our expansion comes along with the launch of D-Fuze, an innovative product aimed to dissipate the EMFs that radiate from cell phones. D-Fuze opens a new division in the Stemtech line - ECO Products.

The company adds prominent Dr. Yury Kronn, PhD, to its scientific board. Dr. Kronn specializes in Vital Force Technology, also called “subtle energy,” which is the basis for D-Fuze.

2015: THE NEXT GENERATION OF OUR FLAGSHIP PRODUCT

Stemtech unveils se3 advanced formula, the pinnacle of wellness. An amazing 11 new markets open, bringing our global family to 45 countries! We are named to the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies for the third year in a row!

2014: A YEAR OF WORLDWIDE EXPANSION AND RECOGNITION

2014 was a landmark year for Stemtech, with a number of significant developments. The company relocated our World Headquarters to Pembroke Pines, Florida, along with establishing a new European HQ in Strasbourg, France, and a new Latin American HQ in Jalisco, Mexico.

Stemtech has embarked on a focused branding campaign, starting with the unveiling of a sleek, new company logo and a new line of product labels, designed to raise our level of recognition and provide a seamless experience for our Independent Business Partners, as well as for their customers.

In 2014, Inc. Magazine recognized Stemtech for the third time in 5 years, and for the second year in a row, with a place on the Inc. 5,000 fastest growing companies list. We have now set up operations in over 30 nations around the world. Stemtech will look back on 2014 as a banner year for us all.

2013: THE YEAR OF THE STEM CELL

In 2013, The Atlantic declared it “The Year of the Stem Cell” — and they weren’t alone. Popular Science quickly echoed the sentiment, spotlighting the rapid breakthroughs in stem cell research and the growing accessibility of stem cell-based health technologies.

That same year, on March 1, Stemtech launched its bold global campaign: “Stem Cells for All” — a movement designed to educate the world about the promise of stem cells and ignite public awareness like never before.

Then in June 2013, a major milestone: Dr. Allan Somersall, PhD, MD, published The Amazing Power of Stem Cell Nutrition — the first book ever written on the subject. The impact was immediate. Praised for its clarity and insight, it quickly soared to best-seller status, helping to solidify Stemtech’s position at the forefront of the stem cell wellness revolution.

2012: STEMTECH APPLAUDS NOBEL PRIZE AWARD WINNER, STEM CELL RESEARCH

Stemtech applauds the Nobel Committee’s selection of stem cell researchers John Gurdon of Great Britain and Shinya Yamanaka of Japan for the 2012 Prize in physiology and medicine.

In experiments spanning over a 50-year period, Gurdon and Yamanaka “have revolutionized our understanding of how stem cells and organisms develop,” the Committee said in its announcement.

The award of this Nobel Prize further supports the recent momentum that sees adult stem cells as the most credible and promising answer to the major health challenges of our time.

2011: PRODUCT INNOVATION DRIVES RECORD GLOBAL GROWTH

In a ground-breaking year, Stemtech solidified its industry leadership through major product advancements and unprecedented international expansion.

A Leap Forward in Stem Cell Nutrition happened when Stemtech unveiled SE2® Advanced Adult Stem Support, a patent-pending and longer-lasting formula. This major evolution of its core technology was engineered to support the release of more adult stem cells, further enhancing the body’s natural renewal system.

Pioneering Cellular Skincare, the company entered the skincare market with the revolutionary DermaStem® Renewal Serum. This all-natural formula was the first of its kind, designed to revitalize the skin at the cellular level and deliver visibly brighter, smoother, younger-looking skin in as little as seven days.

Fueled by these innovations, Stemtech achieved record sales and celebrated the success of its Business Partners across the globe, cementing its active presence in over 20 countries.

2010: NATIONAL RECOGNITION

Following industry wide accolades, a year earlier, Stemtech received national recognition in 2010 by making Inc.’s coveted Inc. 5,000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in America (ranked 1,484 out of over 29 million companies).

2009: INDUSTRY ACCOLADES

2009 proved to be a big year for Stemtech. In addition to establishing a solid reputation as the global leader in adult stem cell nutrition, Stemtech is chosen as one of three finalists for the US Direct Selling Association’s prestigious Rising Star award.

2008: GROWTH AND EXPANSION

With its network marketing business model in full effect, sales of Stemtech products begin to boom. Worldwide demand for stem cell nutrition encourages global expansion and Stemtech opens offices in more than a dozen countries on six continents.

2007: STEMTECH ON THE RISE

With the launch of stem cell nutrition, Stemtech grows exponentially. Growth is partially fuelled by a ground-breaking clinical study published in the highly respected journal, Cardiovascular Revascularization Medicine. This study helps to define Stemtech as the leader of the adult stem cell nutrition industry.

2005: A WELLNESS REVOLUTION BEGINS

One unique product. One shared passion. In 2005, a visionary partnership was forged between science and business, giving birth to Stemtech. With a single dietary supplement that supported the body's own stem cells, a company was launched, and an industry was created.

 

2000'S: AMAZING DISCOVERY

Inspired by new developments in adult stem cell research, scientists were struck with a novel idea: what if this algae was somehow supporting the body in naturally releasing more stem cells?

Motivated by the new challenge, a research team went into high gear. More than 150 experiments later, the scientists experienced a breakthrough. At last, they had isolated the unique components responsible for the health benefits.

1980'S – 1990’S: GOOD NEWS TRAVELS FAST

The multitude of reports touting the results experienced by consumers of algae helped sales of the botanical soar. However, the secret to the plant’s wide range of benefits had yet to be revealed.

1970'S: REMARKABLE BEGINNINGS

In the 1970s, a schoolteacher who was concerned about his student’s lack of focus and energy wondered if his students would benefit from eating nutrient-dense algae. Inspired by the idea, the teacher began experimenting with a natural growing freshwater plant. Those who tried the algae reported remarkable benefits.
